How can I place an order?

Buying on the Testa & Lische Online Store is very simple: once you find the product you want to order, select the color and click on ‘ADD TO CART’ to add it to the shopping bag. You can see the selected products by clicking on ‘Shopping Bag’ in the upper right part of the page. From the Shopping Bag you can directly change the quantity of products to buy, remove them if you have changed your mind or add them to your Wish List. To complete the order, simply click on “Checkout” and proceed to the compilation of shipping and payment data.

Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?

Registering is not mandatory, but by doing so you can enjoy the following advantages:
• Follow the shipment of your order and review all your purchases;
• Access your Wish List;
• Receive a notification when new products are available;
• Save your address and credit card details to make purchases faster;
• Manage your account detailst.

What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to recover it:
• click on the icon at the top right and in the Sign in section
• select "Forgot password"
• Follow the instructions in the pop up window that opens
• enter your email address and click on send
You will receive an email with a new temporary password which you can modify when you wish, following simple instructions.

How do I know if a product is available?

All products displayed on the site are available, subject to availability restrictions, you can send an email to sales@testaelische.com and we will inform you when the item will be available again and if you can make a pre order.

Is the use of my credit card secure on the Testa & Lische Online Store?

The online security of your personal data is important to us. We use an advanced technological coding system (SSL) to securely transmit your personal information and credit card information.

When will I receive my order and how much does the shipment cost?

We offer different shipping options to best meet your needs. For information on timing and costs, please visit our dedicated shipping & delivery section.

Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipping. So, please make sure you provide an address where you can be found at the time of delivery based on the specified delivery times, when you enter the shipping information when you place the order.

Can I add products to an existing order?

It is not possible to change orders or add products to an existing order.

How do I know if my order has been received and when the payment will be charged?

Once the online purchase process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address used to place the order. The debit payment on your credit or debit card will only be made when the order is shipped. In the event that one or more products that you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from our Customer Service staff and the charge on your credit card will correspond only to the value of the available products.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a reference / tracking number to track the shipment of your order. If you have registered, you can follow the status of your shipment by clicking on "My Account" and then on “Orders”.

After how long are my orders processed?

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours. The expected shipping times are to be considered as indicative only, as we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card payment authorization processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a reference number to track the shipment of your order. If you have registered, you
can track the status of your shipment by clicking on ‘Account details’ and then on ‘Orders’. If you are not registered, do so now so you can track the status of your future orders.

How will I receive the package?

The standard packaging includes:
dust bag for bags;
dust bag for small leather goods.
Rigid and tissue box for sandals
The items presented in this way will be packed and delivered inside an external Havana cardboard box.

Does my personal information remain private?

Please be assured that all personal information entered on the Testa & Lische online store will remain confidential and that it will be lent or sold to third parties under any circumstances. For registered, we need to know your name, your postal address and your email. When we process your order online we ask you to provide us with your billing address, your shipping address, your phone number, the number of the credit card with which you wish to pay for the purchase and its expiration date. If necessary, these details could be shared with a referring credit agency to verify the validity of your payment.

What is the Wish List?

In your ‘Wish List’ you can save your favorite products, keep them under control and eventually buy them at any time.

How do I create a Wish List?

While you browse, use the “Add to Wish List” button on the product page and it will automatically be moved to your Wish List, which you can find at the top right of the navigation bar (heart icon).
Once inside your Wish List click on the product image to view the page and find specific product details. You can also add it to the shopping bag or remove it from the list.
